Spotlights QTL™ in Video
Dare County, NC is no stranger to innovation. After all, it's where the Wright Brothers lifted off in 'first flight' more than a century ago. Now the county is leading the way with instructional technology - and making sure teachers get the professional development they need to make the best use of vital new classroom tools.
The county has implemented QTL™ with such great success that administrators decided to highlight the program to parents and the community. They created an entire video for local cable channel to communicate how the community and its children benefit from QTL prepared teachers. We appreciate their allowing us to stream the video from our web site.
