QTL™ can be customized or expanded to meet the individual needs of schools. Through partnerships and projects that expand the program's impact in specific areas, QTL™ addresses various needs:
QTL - WHOLE-FACULTY IMPLEMENTATION
The Centers for Quality Teaching and Learning teams with Murphy's Whole Faculty Study Groups® (WFSG) to provide a transformative, school-wide professional development model.
COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL REFORM - CAPACITY FIRST
This program pairs QTL™ with programs from Rutherford Learning Group to provide a local comprehensive school reform model. Capacity First is a powerful combination for helping schools build teacher and staff capacity.
COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL REFORM - TAP
This Technical Assistance Program variation of QTL™ is specially tailored to meet the requirements of Comprehensive School Reform.
TWO-DAY LEADERSHIP SESSIONS
These immersion sessions, scheduled with partner agencies, give participating administrators an understanding of the QTL™ program and the impact it can have in their schools or districts.
PRINCIPAL OR TEACHER COACHING
QTL™ offers coaching for educators who have been through the QTL™ program and can benefit from more individual professional development. This one-on-one interaction can help administrators or teachers go 'from good to great.'
The QTL™ Teacher Induction program prepares lateral entry career and technical education teachers to meet the challenges of the classroom.
ARKANSAS TECHNICAL & PROFESSIONAL TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM
QTL™ is partnering with the Arkansas Department of Workforce Education to prepare new or less experienced teachers to make the transition from bsiness and industry to the classroom. This program is a modification of the Teacher Induction Program.
VIRGINIA ITRT PROGRAM
This variation of QTL™ is designed specifically for Virginia's Instructional Technology Resource Teachers (IRTR's).
QTL™ works with partners to take this dramatically effective program to the next level, meeting local needs and giving teachers what they need to excel.
