What is a Center for Quality Teaching and Learning™?

Centers for Quality Teaching & Learning™, or QTL™ Centers, are the model classrooms where the QTL™ program is delivered by master instructors. Some of these centers are operated by The Centers for Quality Teaching and Learning™. Others operate through partnerships with school districts, consortia, educational institutions of higher learning, and others.

QTL™ Centers may be set up at the school or district level. They must have a certified QTL™ instructor on staff, and must be certified by The Centers for Quality Teaching and Learning™ as having the essential equipment and software.

QTL™ Centers are currently located in Arkansas, Mississippi, North Carolina and Virginia. Click here for a list of locations and contact information.
