What kind of facility is needed for a
QTL™ Center?

The model QTL™ classroom should be large enough to accommodate at least 20 adult learners, with a minimum of 20 networked participant workstations equipped with Internet access, plus tables for group work. There should be a networked printer and a variety of technology tools, including a projector, document camera, scanner, digital cameras and microscopes and assorted other equipment.

The Partner is responsible for providing the space and equipping the lab, and for ensuring that equipment and software remain operational on a day-to-day basis.

Many schools will already have most of the essential classroom materials available, helping reduce the startup costs.
