Robin Fred joined The Centers for Quality Teaching and Learning in 1999, after several years as a television news producer and reporter in Texas, California, Alabama and North Carolina. Along the way he was editor of the Texas Tech student newspaper “The University Daily,” and taught English in the Czech Republic.
His duties with the educational non-profit include marketing and communications, web sites, and management of the IT curriculum and support programs for high school Career and Technical programs.
