QTL™ can be customized or expanded to meet the individual needs of schools. Through partnerships and projects that expand the program's impact in specific areas, QTL™ addresses various needs:

REQUISITES OF A LEADER SEMINAR SERIES
This eight-seminar series from QTL and Rutherford Learning Group is designed to help school leadership teams build capacity for success in their schools. Participants may sign up for a single seminar, or attend the whole series.

COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL REFORM - CAPACITY FIRST
This program pairs QTL™ with programs from Rutherford Learning Group to provide a local comprehensive school reform model. Capacity First is a powerful combination for helping schools build teacher and staff capacity.

COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL REFORM - TAP
This Technical Assistance Program variation of QTL™ is specially tailored to meet the requirements of Comprehensive School Reform.

TEACHER INDUCTION
The QTL™ Teacher Induction program prepares lateral entry career and technical education teachers to meet the challenges of the classroom.

VIRGINIA ITRT PROGRAM
This variation of QTL™ is designed specifically for Virginia's Instructional Technology Resource Teachers (IRTR's).
