Instructional design is a term most teachers know, but many don't fully understand. Building a firmer comprehension of what makes a great lesson is a key to improving student learning.
Participants in our QTL Staff Development programs learn the importance of planning strong lessons that teach the content in ways that engage and enrich students. Instructional design is a major focus during Teacher and Leadership Coaching opportunities, as well as a key component in the New Teacher Institute sessions.
