qtl in ncQTL Professional Development

Since its inception as ENTech in 2000, QTL has impacted teachers and students in districts from the mountains to the coast, large and small, urban and rural, rich and poor. QTL Instructional Specialists can deliver QTL sessions on-site in schools, or districts can use their own staff to implement the programs with support from QTL. We have ongoing partnerships with several LEAs across North Carolina, from Rutherford County in the mountains to Brunswick County on the coast.
