QTL Focuses on Student Achievement
The QTL Process models research-based teaching strategies through onsite sessions available on a schedule that meets individual school or district needs. Faculty members learn proven ways to identify and meet student needs using research-based strategies, student data, technology tools and collaborative planning. During the school year, QTL Instructors support faculties on site as they implement what they learned and build skills.

Advanced QTL programs build on that foundation of teaching skills. Within the QTL Process, partnerships can include advanced training in lesson planning, facilitation of staff-wide collaboration, assessment of teaching practices, or teacher coaching. Parallel programs for administrators include instructional leadership development, topical leadership seminars, or coaching.
