Schedule and Registration

Welcome to The Centers for Quality Teaching and Learning, a non-profit organization devoted to helping teachers reach every student, every day. The QTL program is an intensive professional development for school-based teams of teachers, with a focus on integrating technology tools with research-based teaching strategies. Read a few participants' comments on this program.

During 2006 and 2007, QTL is teaming with The Rutherford Learning Group to offer the Requisites of a Leader Seminar Series. This succession of eight one-day leadership development events in Charlotte, NC is open to school-based teams of four educators. The sessions are appropriate for any educator in a school leadership position - from the principal to teacher leaders, key central office personnel, or Comprehensive School Reform Leadership Teams.

rutherfordSessions are led by noted educator, author and speaker Mike Rutherford, a nationally recognized authority on adult learning, professional leadership and teacher efficacy. He has provided high impact training and development experiences for thousands of educators and business professionals, and will teach key principles during these dynamic seminars.

The cost of $1,300 per team, per seminar includes full breakfast and lunch between leadership sessions. Participating teams may attend just one event in the series, or register for as many as they choose.
