Classroom Management
Classroom management is the greatest ongoing challenge many teachers face. Engaged students are much less likely to cause problems, and more likely to stay focused and learn.
Improving the learning environment is a focus of QTL programs and is addressed through participation in the five days of Foundations in QTL and the other QTL Staff Development programs, as well as in sessions of the New Teacher Institute. The topic is also discussed as part of our Leadership Seminars and can be a component of Teacher and Leadership Coaching.
